Prices in points may initially show at the standard rate, but when you click through, you’ll see the price drop. Singapore may let you place the seats on hold while your points transfer over. Most transfers are instant, or within 24 hours.

Never transfer your points from Citi, Amex, Capital One, Chase or Marriott to Singapore until you’ve found seats you can actually use on dates you can actually go.
