Are we the only ones with too many Amazon boxes right now?
With many shops closed and lots of reasons to avoid social contact at the moment, Amazon is enjoying a bit of a renaissance, with people choosing to order anything and everything online, rather than in person. In hopes of capturing the sale on this ever increasing trend, Chase is offering 5X points on Amazon purchases, with the no annual fee Freedom Card.
5X Up To $1500 On Chase Freedom
Chase Freedom has two super attractive 5X partners for purchases made from July 1st through the end of September, 2020: Whole Foods and Amazon. This means you can earn a cool 7,500 Ultimate Rewards Points, worth $75 as a statement credit.
If you happen to also have Chase Sapphire Reserve, or the Chase Sapphire Preferred card, these 7,500 points can also be transferred to airlines and hotels, and 7,500 points can be enough for a one way flight, or even a night in a hotel. Not bad for spending you were doing anyway, right?
Chase Freedom 5X: You Must Register
The Chase Freedom is a real “no brainer” style card, given the no annual fee, and the 1% cash back on everything and rotating 5x categories, which change on a quarterly basis. In order to enjoy the upcoming July-September 5X spending at Whole Foods and Amazon, you must first register.
