I’ve long wanted to give a speech in London on travel. But we’re not just talking about the ho hum of travel as we know it – or giving just any speech. I’ve wanted to be able to deliver speeches to a great audience, in an awesome place with content that’s unfiltered and unavailable online. I’m talking about the tips that will end upgrade, credit card, loyalty and deal questions forever.  It’s finally happening. I’m thrilled to announce that I’ll be a headlining speaker at Frequent Traveler University’s newest event, in London.

Who?

You, probably. If you enjoy enhancing and upgrading your travels while spending less – this is the best way to do it. I absolutely love writing (hopefully) helpful articles everyday, but this is an opportunity to get the information directly from me, in a long form, deeply educational format. This will include tips which aren’t for public consumption on the internet. I’m also going to be around all day each day to chat, answer questions and since it’s London – have pints too.

What?

Frequent Traveler University is the premier frequent travel speaking event. I’ve spoken at their events in the United States before and they’re excellent. You’ll see a variety of speakers from top blogs like One Mile At A Time and major publications, each covering topics which will help you: earn more miles, pay less for flights, maximize credit card rewards and take advantage of under the radar programs and opportunities to score upgrades and VIP perks.

When?

Frequent Traveler University London will take place May 12th and 13th at the Renaissance London Heathrow Hotel. Not only should come come and stay the Saturday night, you can probably get halfway to earning a free night just for doing so. Plus – since we’ll be near Heathrow, it’s more appropriate for everyone to nerd out, talking about planes.

Where?

The event will take place at the Renaissance London Heathrow Hotel. The event is open to the public at large, but many guests choose to take advantage of the £109 room rate to get in early for the seminars and meet other like minded attendees. I’ll look forward to meeting you and chatting about your travels.

How Much?

Using this link the event is £219 for the early bird special. The price will jump to £249 on January 31st. The cost of admission includes two full days of informative sessions which will change your travels forever. It’s like college – but actually fun and stuff you want to learn. In addition, all guests receive lunch buffet Saturday and Sunday, coffee and tea all day, catered breaks and internet use. The £109 hotel rate is separate. I’ll be staying there Saturday night, so perhaps we can organize something fun?
