You may also be able to upgrade a Premium Economy fare to Business Class using almost any Star Alliance carrier’s miles, which would make this a very desirable little deal. Regardless, I highly recommend earning miles from Singapore Airlines, Aeroplan or Lufthansa for these flights, all of whom offer excellent value for their miles.
