Hawaii is now $129 away…

A couple weeks ago we were early when we said the best prices to Hawaii were around the corner, but we weren’t wrong. Southwest is joining the competition and that has every airline pushing out the best deals in months to tie up customers first. Today Delta, American, United and Hawaiian are making a great case for themselves, with $250 round trip flights from a few cities, and for people who only need a one way or want to use points the other way there are $129 one way flights…

The Flight Deals

Most flights to Hawaii require round trip purchase, and that’s usually over $350. Not today. These deals allow you to book one way from $129 or round trip from $250 to the best islands from great mainland departure points. Speaking of points, if you have some, it’s hard not to love one way for $129 and the other way for free.

Spontaneous travel is fun, and in the case of great flight deals its often rewarding too. The best deals are available primarily from the West Coast for travel in March, April and May of 2019. There are solid prices later in the year, but if you want these gems you’ll need to build in a little well deserved off time this spring.

The Travel Dates

These deals are best served warm, in the months of March, April and May. To lock in the best prices you’ll need to jet off between Monday and Thursday and stay at least a few nights, but you can be clever about it.

Short trips like a Monday to Wednesday work, as do Thursday to Monday. This allows you to either use just a couple vacation days and enjoy a weekend, or use a few and beat the crowds during the week.

How To Book

It’s not too uncommon to find Hawaii flights around $325 round trip from time to time, but $50-$75 off is worth getting excited about. For that matter, so are $129 one way deals. We’ve got links directly to the best deals, which mean all you’ll need to do is change the dates. Here are the best round trip flights to Hawaii, like…

One Way

Round Trip

Deals this good don’t often last long. Firm up your vacation days, call that old friend and get something locked in before its too late. It’s great to remember that as long as your departing at least 7 days in advance or more, you have 24 hours to cancel risk free for a full refund. For this reason it’s often better to lock something in and then cancel if you need to. Enjoy Hawaii, most people do!
