With the roll out of British Airways new Club Suite onto select New York flights, and the choice to fly American, or Iberia, there are lots of great ways to get there too. The Oneworld Business Class Deals
Nice, France is nice, and if you want the best prices to New York, you’ll hop a flight there to kick things off, or head to Paris, which is your other option. Direct flights from London are available for around £1360, but for £365 savings, Nice or Paris is your best bet.
Before you say “ugh, this adds hundreds to the price”, it doesn’t have to. You can always use miles or a cheap flight to start this journey in Nice, which barely raises the price at all. If you’re really smart, you can visit friends or stay the night as a fun side trip too.
Oh, and don’t forget that if you book via British Airways, you can use some Avios to pay down the price even further. You’ll be earning plenty back, so it’s not a bad deal, if you’re not particularly saving up for something…
The Dates You Can Travel
The rock bottom, lowest prices are available for Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday Europe departures out of Nice, or Tuesday, Wednesday departures out of Paris from November 2019 through April 2020. You’ll shave an extra few bucks off the price for departures in November, December and April 2020.
To lock in the lowest rates, you simply need to stay at least one Sunday in America, returning as soon as Monday. So, you could leave on Wednesday and come back Monday morning, or anything longer than that is fine too – just nothing shorter than one Sunday night stay.
