It takes a little bit of faith, and quite a lot of flexibility to make a travel booking right now. But what if you didn’t have to stress about refunds, in the event that plans change? With positives emerging in most of the world that the worst may soon be behind us, the travel bug is back, and JetBlue is offering a tempting way to give yourself some excitement, while supporting the travel industry. Fully refundable vacay, anyone?

JetBlue’s Refundable Vacations

For trips booked up by June 15th, 2020, for travel until February 10th, 2021 JetBlue is offering full refunds, so long as you cancel your trip at least 60 days before travel.

Not only that, thanks to a separate promo they’re waving change fees, if you need to make a change. Even if you’re not ready to book within the next few days, booking from June 15th until June 30th will enjoy cxl fee free JetBlue credit good for two years. It’s wonderful news, so long as you remember that…

  • if you do change, fare differences or different hotel prices may still apply.
  • If you cancel inside of 60 days from departure, you’ll receive credit, not refund.
  • for bookings made after June 30th, standard cancellation fees apply.
  • blackout dates apply for travel between December 22 – January 4th.

This is an amazing promotion, mainly because it turns traditionally non refundable tickets into refundable tickets, a privilege which usually costs shocking amounts of money. If you’re considering a trip within the USA, or to the Caribbean, Mexico, Central America, or even South America this allows you to plan for trips up until Feb 10th 2021 and get your money back to the original form of payment, if needed.

JetBlue serves Jamaica, Dominican, St Lucia, Cancun, Barbados and all the usual staples in the USA, including Las Vegas. The promo sadly doesn’t apply to JetBlue Mint tickets, but just about everything else is up for grabs. If there was ever an incentive to take the leap of faith and book travel, this one is up there…
