Don’t you just love a sale?

God Save The Points has been called one of the worst tools for budgeting, and one of the greatest resources for deals that get you off your butt, and into luxury airplane seats. Ok, we made some of that up, but it’s got a nice ring to it. Today brings yet another instalment of business class deals too tempting to pass up, with options like Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago and New York all under £1200 round trip, and some right on £1000 all in. Star Alliance, SkyTeam or Oneworld? All work!

Update: many of these deals have expired, but a few are lingering. Happy hunting!

The Business Class Bargains

Star Alliance, SkyTeam and Oneworld are all battling it out in France today, with super low business class fares from Paris or Nice to the East or West Coast of the United States. For now, we’ll focus on the three cities with the best deals, like New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles. £1200 for 11 hours in a bed is serious value, considering that’s often the price for premium, and many will have paid more for economy – ouch.

You can fly Swiss, United, Air France, KLM, British Airways, Finnair, American and more, all with wide open availability for months to come. At these prices, you really don’t have a whole lot to lose, since even an outrageous sale might only drop the price marginally.

The Dates You Can Fly

The very best prices are available for departures from Europe on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday in November and December of 2019, and then again in early April, late June and all of July and August which presents excellent opportunities to avoid peak summertime economy pricing!

If you wish to travel in other months, prices are only around £100-£200 higher, provided you stick to the same Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday departures and stay at least one Sunday night in the states.

How To Book These Amazing Deals

For business class, this is such a bargain. With British Airways, you can always upgrade to first for around 20K points each way, which turns these into extra steals. But hey, business is super nice and you’ve got plenty of airlines to choose from. Here’s a sampling of the best prices, all of which are just a click away. Click the links, change the dates to something that works for you and book, if you fancy it…

New York is a blast, so is LA and so is San Francisco. Here’s a guide to New York, one for Los Angeles and one for San Francisco too. You really can’t go wrong. A trip out of our own heart would be flying in to Los Angeles and out of San Francisco.
