Vegas baby, Vegas…

If you had to pinpoint the one thing Virgin Atlantic does better than virtually anyone else, you’d have to go with how they make customers “feel”. If you had to choose a second choice, it would be their London Heathrow ground experience, especially for those flying Upper Class. Heathrow offers a fantastic passenger experience, and Virgin Atlantic has just moved two fan favorites route over to their home base at Terminal 3. Barbados or Vegas flights, anyone?

Las Vegas Heathrow Launching March 2019

Good news, Las Vegas fans, Virgin Atlantic is launching a new London to Las Vegas flight from London Heathrow beginning March 31st, 2019. This move replaces the current Gatwick flight. The new London Heathrow flight will be operated with a Boeing 787 Dreamliner, offering reduced jet lag and a superior cabin experience. The new flight departs Heathrow at 12:40PM, leaving plenty of time for a pre departure Mimosa. Flight deals launch Friday, starting at just £369 round trip!

Barbados Heathrow Gets Seasonal Return

Virgin Atlantic will bring back their long loved Heathrow to Barbados flights, with season service from December 11th 2018 thru February 19th, 2019. This move coincides with Virgin’s incredibly brilliant move last year to launch Departure Beach – easily one of the coolest ways to wait for a plane, anywhere in the world. Fares will start at £559 round trip, and package deals are available with Travel Plus from Virgin. Barbados needs as much introduction as the equally one named Madonna, so if you’re looking for an amazing winter sun getaway – you know where to go.

Boston Gets A Second Heathrow Flight

Boston has proven very popular for Virgin Atlantic, and the airline will launch a second daily fight to Boston starting March 31st, 2019. Basically – March 31st is a big day for Virgin. The new Boston flight will depart later in the evening at 20:30, allowing for an entire business day in London before jetting of. This is great news for business travelers and leisure travelers alike, who can put in a full day in the office before jetting off under the cover of darkness!

  1. Good news on the Boston front. That would be two Virgin and I think one Delta flight for Skyteam. What would be the return flight from Boston to LHR for the new flight?
